This blend was developed in collaboration with baristas across Dublin to create a reliable, approachable coffee that suits a wide range of tastes, perfect for both home brewers and busy cafés alike.

At origin, we work with experienced farmers in Brazil and Colombia through two cooperatives formed by smallholder producers. These cooperatives were established by farmers who wanted greater independence and control over how their coffee is processed and sold. By pooling resources, they’re able to support local growers with access to credit, farming tools, and fairer market opportunities.

The result is a smooth, sweet espresso with notes of walnut, citrus, and dark chocolate. A cup that’s easy to enjoy and hard to put down.
