I’ve tried other popular brands’ coffee and didn’t like them as much as I like your blend. I picked it because I used to love a Brazil/Colombia blend from Australia. Your blend didn’t disappoint: hits of sweet caramel, luscious body and acidity of pomelo for me personally. I also like that you roast them for espresso (not light roast for filter) which suits me because I drink flat whites and don’t want the coffee to get overpowered by the milk. Plus points for nice paper pack instead of plastic, clear and honest roast dates, fair pricing for quality. I would love to try beans of other regions from your roastery in the future.
