Frequently asked questions

Free tracked delivery on Orders above €30 in Ireland.

We book next day collection with DPD as soon as we receive your order. Orders placed on Monday will arrive on Wednesday.

All orders of 1 to 2 x 250g or just 1kg bags of coffee will be dispatched in a letterbox friendly parcel. This is based this on average height of mailbox.

All orders are dispatched the next day allowing time for us to roast and pack with care.

We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to the roastery, 153 Capel St, North City, Dublin, D01 V9V0

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if its faulty or damaged in any way.

At Farmhand Coffee Roastery, we're always on the go, but we make time for you.
