How to brew: Whisk 3g matcha powder with some hot water in a small bowl or cup until it’s smooth, then pour it onto a cup of hot milk (or other alternative) for a Matcha latte! It’s great to be consumed without the addition of milk too.
Matcha’s grassy, umami flavor can be an acquired taste. If you’re new to making it, don’t hesitate to add a few drops of maple syrup or honey. You also might want to sweeten your tea if your matcha powder is particularly bitter.
