It's always fun for us to have a geisha on the menu. Even better when it's coming from an experimental farmer like Luis Anibal Calderon. An expert in the variety. Luis has had 5,000 geisha trees since 2012. And in 2015 he decided to specialize in exotic coffees, his farm is now filled with them from Pink Geisha to Chilli Bourbons and Marracaturras. But his first love was the Geisha. It's so special to be able to roast a coffee from a farmer who is extremely passionate about what he does.
Nestled in the southwest of Colombia, Huila is celebrated for its rich coffee heritage. Home to the Colombian Massif, this region not only produces exceptional coffee but also serves as a vital water source for the population.
The Geisha coffee variety, originating from Ethiopian landraces, finds its perfect expression in the high altitudes of Huila. Renowned for its delicate florals and hints of jasmine, Geisha has captivated coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
Experience the rich history and diverse flavors of Colombian coffee. From the lush landscapes of Huila to the meticulous craftsmanship of our farmers, each cup tells a story of passion and dedication. Join us in savoring the essence of Colombian coffee, where every sip is a journey of discovery.
