A green tea with loose leaf tea

A green tea with an unusually fresh, grassy taste and fragrance. Its leaf quality is equally unusual: dark green, very flat, long-leaf needles from the Dabie Mountains.

Tasting note: Kale, Banana leaf, Ginger, Umami

Origin: Anhui, China

Ingredient: Minimally oxidised loose tea leaves (camellia sinensis).

How to brew: 7g tea to brew with 200g water at 80°C, for 3mins. You can also brew this tea up to 5-6 times with 80°C water for 20-30 seconds each time.
